    i like the idea of using natural and recycled materials, but can they make the houses look attractive to homebuyers?

    It looks like something Frodo should live in.

    Our neighbors are all eco-friendly. They have a metal roof that is a baby poop brown/yellow. Now they have a HUGE solar panel in their backyard. It's at least 40 feet tall. Looks ridiculous and I cannot believe using that much in materials actually saves you anything.

    I love it. Definitely not up-to-date with the decor, but I don't care about that anyway. I would totally live there.
