I actually love this house. It seems so clean. Of course, I don't have kids yet, so I am a little spoiled about cleanliness (it's pretty easy to keep counters clutter free and stuff when its just two adults and no kids and you both work and travel a lot). I like that the house is so bright and I love the courtyard with the Japanese maple. I also like how they extended the interior floor tile out onto the patio area...keeps it sleek and unified.

Most of the Eichlers I have seen are under 2000 square feet.

Goddamn, what is with all this white? I don't need to feel like I'm in a gynecological exam room or a mental institution when I'm trying to relax at home.

I like it but the furniture is hideous and it needs a little more color. Why is every wall white? I hate that.
