Love the open floorplan. It's inviting for the family and guest. I would add color too. But.... I have a house in Cape May, NJ (across that big bay) and I don't like bay front property. It's great for people who dock their boat there but we prefer to dock at a marina and have ocean access for swimming.

Hate it, views are ok though. It isn't thoughtful architecture IMO, just looks like a big suburban house. The details (molding etc) are overdone too.

i don't like how the smaller house/annex obscures the view of the bigger house. and then the mediterranean style house right next to it. it's all too close together.

That's lovely, I wasn't expecting to like this but I'm surprised that i do. Obviously I'd add colour (I say this in every single bloody thread in this board) but it's lovely and smooshy. I do agree that it looks fake old, but since it's new rather than a creaky old house, it means it won't have any ghosts - this is a legitimate concern of mine, have lived in a haunted house and never want to repeat the process again
I smile because I have no idea what's going on

Agreed. I'd have to have a bit more yard for 5 million.

I've stayed at the campgrounds there also. It was fun. And cheap. Even the budget motels were pricey in peak season. The guy I met down there was staying at Silver Lake, which was a clothing optional B&B. They've gotten rid of a lot of the cheaper eateries and accommodations down there; it's ridiculous.

Whoah! Is it a gay or straight C/O B&B?
