    All of the finishes are basic. Nothing "high end." The bathroom is awful...very dorm-like. I do like the floors though.

    OMG Novice, I was walking home from the gym and near Penn Hospital, there is a senior care center that closely resembles this building . The same company had to have built them both.

    I think the unit has potential, but the kitchen cabinets and countertops are stank.
    Do you have to buy the blinds etc with the condo? I make mine (obviously not those verticle blinds but roller & roman blinds & curtains etc). Is that why you're saying they'd be expensive?
