I have a basement. Why don't you have basements McJag?

Can't speak for McJag but places that are below sea level generally don't have basements. Maybe it's simply a geographical thing too. When I lived in Florida nobody had basements.

^^ I know alot of places that get tornados and people don't have basements. I don't understand that.

In the Dallas are, we are sitting on limestone. Not even trees grow big, unless they land in the right spot by accident. I don't think thats the only reason-contractors just don't offer them. Maybe its a southern thing. None of my relatives have one either!

I am afraid of the basement, the horrors I may find! But you seem to be tackling yours nicely.

Don't need them much in Florida.... I could go on but I'm starting to bore myself.

Boy would I love to see a photo! Maintenance is a beautiful thing.

    CD's and DVD's in order?
    Magazines and mail sorted through?
Under the kitchen and bathroom sinks free of things not used?
    Photos sorted?
Clothing closets looking the way you want?
    Linen closet looking good?
    Newspapers tossed?
    Refrigerator cleaned and arranged?
Children's toys organized? (or your toys? )
2008 taxes and paperwork filed away?

What did you do this week?

    I purged old cosmetics.
How in the hell did I not see this thread! I try to give myself a home project a couple of times a month.

Last weekend we rearranged & organized the office. The week before that was the quarterly cleaning of the garage... I even take the leaf blower to dust it. My next project is going through the kitchen and giving away everything I don't use.

I'm also working on my stock room at the store.

    I really have a problem, don't I? I can't stand clutter and disorganization.
