If you guys really want to see tacky overload, check out that furniture store's website. A sampling:

I dont think that is very much counter space, maybe the island included but with all the cooking she supposedly does, its not much to work with. And I hate clutter on the counters. I designed my kitchen and did a heck of alot better than she did

WEll, I've got LOADS less than she has (My Mr designed the kitchen.. *rolls eyes*) and I do fine... imo she has loads, she has 6 single units worth plus the island... how much does she need? Any more & it;ll look like a catering kitchen - in fact she already has more than many catering kitchens I've seen... at least for a couple of people.

this made me laugh. My Mr. designed two kitchens within two years of each other, and both times he forgot to include a space for a built in microwave. The contractors had to come back and retrofit.

The first time I understood- shit happens, but the second time I wanted to strangle him

And I had to let him do both, because he feels he's the master chef, and the kitchen is his domain. I just got to pick the cabinets, counters and tiles.

I don't understand why people buy mcmansions.

Why not buy an actual classic house with REAL stone work and some history?

LOL! Mine just hasn't got a clue bless him! He designed it before I came on the scene, but we have 3 doors in a square kitchen, so you can' imagine how that goes!

Somewhere between Carmella Soprano and Victoria Gotti. Not a compliment.
