    Yes, my very first thought was all the ghosteses that you'd encounter in a former mental institution. Or at least bad energy. No way in hell.
    I would advise the residents NOT to rent "Session 9." Scary effin' movie, by the way.

    We watched Session 9 a couple years ago, and it still scares me. The scene with the coins!!!
    As for the condo, gorgeous and lovely, but too fancy. I'd be afraid to sit anywhere.

    There is no way I would live in a place live that, the spirits and bad energy would be too much for me.
