    Just hire a dumpster for a day and you could transform this place into a very elegant home. I agree with Soj - the balcony is lovely.

    not my cup of tea decorating wise. the hallway would get on my nerves. the rest is very artistic, whimsical.

    I know it's a bit too much but it's not unusual. There are many artsy type people who live there that like to go all out with color and decor. You can't do anything to the outside without permission so people go over the top inside.

    I like the outside and the location, and the interior decoration could be changed, but I get claustrophobic just looking at the tiny bathroom and kitchen. Dealbreaker.
