the building and the views are very nice. the kitchen is too contemporary and sterile-looking for my taste.

    Nice neighborhood too.
i'd visit the cute squirrels at madison square park every day.

its my understanding that these photos are just concept pictures because the renovation isn't actually completed. It's a construction zone right now, so I think they will likely change most of the interior accents, etc. It's the bones that we are looking at here and they look really good! Large rooms, lots of windows, high ceilings, across from the park! it's a home run for me!

Overlooking the park is ok, but opening your bedroom curtains to see your neighbours doing the same thing? Not my taste.

How could there be lots of windows when the building is sandwiched between two others? There would be 3 windows in front and 3 in back and that's it, unless there are air shafts. Those would help, but still, it looks as if both kitchen and bathroom have no natural light. Urgh. Only the top floor would be acceptable to me since there could at least be skylights and roof access.

I don't know how I missed this one. I think it's a lovely place and very large. I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Now I wish I still had the Sims so I could make that layout. That place is huge.

Thanks! Interesting, so there ARE air shaft/inset spaces between the buildings on one side. At least that way the inside bedrooms get light....still...that is one long skinny apartment!
