The blue abstract and table underneath it in the first pic, the leopard print chairs, and the rugs. Shitcan everything else.

It's a good thing these 2 had political ambitions, but they have the worst taste/style. It's very reminiscent of Joe Dirt's mom's clown figurines to me. Just a hodge-podge of crap everywhere.

i was expecting they'd have better taste in art but that's possibly the worst thing about the house, after the paint colours and dining chairs.

Every single piece of art needs to be in the ugly art thread. It's a nightmare. It looks like they bought it at a Waccamaw Pottery clearance. If I were Hillary, my favorite spot would also be sitting in a chair with my back to the house staring at a brick wall/koi pond.

I like the house but I would totally redecorate and maybe use a few of their pieces (I like the stools, the sofa for the security guys, etc) but I like the painting over the sofa but there are too many patterns for me (carpet then upholstery)

ETA maybe I wouldn’t redecorate just remove the rugs & patterned furniture?

I'm so psycho (I think it's more likely my OCD) that I will match the patterns on the curtains and area rug. Not identical. But I like scroll-y patterns and it's not that hard to find the same scroll design for both windows and floor. Of course, I don't expect every one to do or like that, but that's the only way I can live with patterns. My furniture is almost always a solid color.
