I love the seating area also. I like the use of the gray and purple, but I love dark gray.
I would like to see the table from a different angle.
I like the deck area.

Flemish pattern again, drab matchy unimaginative contemporary, they depart from Flemish a bit with the velvet material but it just makes the room stuffy
I'd have some splashy colourful artwork on the walls, white stores instead of curtains, light coloured sofas, few light antiques, and something else than the dark grey kitchen bar - I don't think the beams should be white either.
i'd move in and bring my stuff in, it's a fantastic starting point
