I like it. Although the living room could be better.

I like it better than just about anything I've seen in these threads. And it's on a beach? Done. If I could have it, I'd be there.

But I'd totally shitcan that bedspread.

nice house but i'd have to change it completely.
i'd have to repaint the outside and inside. it's got those horrible wall treatments or whatever they're called, venetian stucco or something? which i think are awful and very 90s DIY television show where they teach you how to do the same for your home with a sponge and 3 different tones of dirty looking beiges. ugh.
i like the plain white paint in the big room with the beams. the colours everywhere else might look warm to some people but to me they just look yellowy and dirty.
and all the furniture is dated. i hate those covered chairs in the living room, that balinese (i think) coffee table in the living room is also über dated, dining room furniture is atrocious and so is that tiled floor, and the bedroom and kitchen need a total redo.

Is that a pool in the backyard? It's so small, I may mistake it for a hot tub. I would add an infinity edge pool outside the back doors.

I was thinking that pool has to be bigger than it looks. In that one shot it looks way tinier than in the other. Still, I have to agree with you.

Yeah, the pool is way too small. I don't think it's the camera angle. I would burn all the furniture and (surprise) add some colour but overall I like it. The kitchen is a bit Dynasty but with a view like that I could live with it.

Exactly. It's a beach house. But I would have to get rid of that stupid platform area in the living room. I wonder how many people have tripped up/down it?

Is there really a platform in the living room? Or is that just an optical illusion? I see just a line of contrasting tiles.

It's an incredible location, and the house is a little odd but could easily be amazingly nice. I would take it in a heartbeat.
