Default A home on a farm

A six-bedroom three-bath home in Closeburn Station, near Queenstown is for sale for 6.5 million New Zealand dollars (about $3.4 million.)
The home is on a 3,000-acre working alpine farm with 27 private homes.
Since there are 27 homes, each property is a 1/27th-part owner of the farm. The farm’s income is put toward upkeep of the station and its amenities.

New Zealand has some of the best scenary in the world and Queenstown is at the top of my list. Those mountains are called The Remarkables. You can ski on them in the winter. The Lord of the Rings movies were filmed around there.

The house is lovely but on a boring practical note it will be a nightmare to keep warm in the winter. It gets damn cccccold down there.

The views are awesome. But why cheap counters, cabinets, furniture etc. They should have went all out, it looks like they can certainly afford it. They need a decorator
