    Default Gothic views in Ireland

This four-bedroom four-bath restored Victorian Gothic country house is located at the edge of Kinsale Harbor in the village of Summercove in County Cork, Ireland. It is on the market for 4,500,000 euros ($6.9 million).

The inland side of the house faces a narrow village street.

The ground floor is heated by hot water piped under the oak parquet floors.

I hate the bedroom, and bathroom, but overall, it's a very pretty home. I would lurve to see Ireland one day.

I like the kitchen. The overall roominess and the gigantic table more than make up for the lack of (at least from the particular view the pic was taken) usable counter space.

The pink living room is a bit ew. The pink bedroom....I might not choose it for myself, especially considering the hubby, but it is quite relaxing. Not really my style but it reminds me of my grandmother's bedroom in a way that feels good.

I won a trip to Ireland....airfare, accommodations, tours, the works. I could't go because I had a cat on the verge of death. He made a miraculous recovery, and I missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Sucks to be me, doesn't suck to be my cat.

The house isn't exactly to my tastes - but shit, it's in Ireland, so who cares?

Beautiful setting, but Victorian Gothic homes in Ireland should not be pink and white.

It desperately needs a makeover as far as the colors and furnishings go, but it's gorgeous.
