I love it when folks focus on urban infill and renovation rather than just building some new cookie cutter place on the outskirts of town. I love this place.

I love that window too Grimm. It's new but still very deco. There's a big Art Deco exhibition in Melbourne at the moment which I'm going to on Thursday. Can't wait.

Look closer-that seems to be painted steel-not plastic at all.

I love art deco, but this place looks a little sterile. And don't they know that a hat on a bed is bad, bad luck?

Very cool, I love most of it, esp the brick/wood spiral staircase.

Renovation is excellent, the decorating is ok, but boring in some parts, and the dining room is awful. Whatever the materials or cost, those red Walmart patio chairs need to go, and the bulbous light fixtures completely obscure the view of the artwork on the wall.

I don't really care for the decorations, but the place itself is gorgeous, and unique.
