Livingstones: over-sized pebbles acting as cushions
The official description simply reads:
"A high quality, surrealistic set practical as a floor cushion.
Over-sized pebbles, a resting area with varying sizes and shapes that can be arranged according to your mood, for contemporary interiors.
Pebbles as a fanciful landscape for ideal and permanent holidays, which can be transformed into an enjoyable domestic game."
Well, the description doesn't quite do them justice, perhaps some complications there in the French to English translation. Anyhow, who needs a description, just look at them:

Seen these before and I LOVE them! Not as the only seating in a room but for lazing around they are perfect. I want to make my own beach with them outside on the deck. However, I believe they are horrendously expensive so maybe just a couple.

Pretty cool. I know my guy would LOVE these, and I can't say that about many decor items!

Haha, that's trippy! I wonder how difficult it is to make yourself.

The picture with all the children sleeping amongst the "stones" is kind of creepy.

I LOVE them. When I was a kid, it would have been heaven to have the house full of these.

I'll bet the hardest part is finding such convincing material. Just look at the detail on the ones on the deck shot.

As I recall the covers are made from some kind of wool blend using natural dyes. Not sure about the filling.

Oh my. I just looked up their catalogue and the prices range from 65€ for the littlest to 4500€ for the biggest ones. That dream is over.
