While it's a bit boring, I'd take it in a heartbeat (without paying the 12M of course) and make something really beautiful out of it.

It really is a great space. A bit too sterile though. And bar-height chairs near railings always give me a mini panic attack.

I love all of it. Although my fear of heights would be triggered by all of that outside space up in the clouds.

I love the outside fireplace and the setting, but that's about it. I'm so sick of grays/whites/muted colors with these celeb houses and anybody that uses marble for a kitchen island is insane. Granite yes, marble--never. Much, much too porous. (Source: Me. Worked for years purchasing natural stone(s) for interior design.)

It's just too white for my sense of calm, but I love the space and the views and that deck. The outside cooking area is even better than the inside. And I also do like those squat little fuzzy chairs in the living area.

When I was growing up, my parents had a coffee table with two small marble slabs set in it. I still remember the mini panic they got into when a girl at my birthday party in maybe 2nd grade spilled punch or Kool Aid on it. I mean, they didn't get visibly upset, but I remember thinking, "Not the marble!" LOL

It's so bright in there. I would hate that. I am hoping there are electronic window shades I can not see. Otherwise it's pretty awesome.

It’s okay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fantastic location and huge square footage and great light, but as NYC spaces go it has such an impersonal look from the architecture itself. It’s life in a box within a box.

Re marble, my coffee table is marble but very well sealed, and it has done fine for seven years with kids and paint and coffee and feet. Kitchen would be a different story for heavy use.

The outdoor space is about as great as you can get while being in the middle of a city, I can't say I would really want to sun bathe there but I appreciate the space. I'm also surprised by how much I do like the decor, but I can't with all the white. My husband works with graphite for a living, I cake foundation on...white is my enemy.
