For $2.9 million the construction looks kind of cheap, mass-produced and forgettable. McMansion.
Those floors look like laminate. And the same kind of marble everywhere is boring.

I do like the walk-in wine storage and the floor on the master bath.

Yeah, it's a McMansion but I really like this one. I can't tell if the floors are Pergo or hardwood, but I know from building my own house, Pergo is a no go. All my floors are white oak and stained and sealed on site. In the bathrooms I put "wood plank" looking tile. I would kill for that master closet though!!

I would live there. But it's a little too fancy for my taste. I really dislike dark floors, so I would change all that. The kitchen cabinets would need to be changed.
The outside view of the house is great, but the lawn and shrubs are just too perfect. It looks uptight and high maintenance. No imagination and not pretty.
And the neighbors house so close?

Before the fire, I had all light color flooring (Pergo, which was lifting after only 2-3 years) and dark furniture. I reversed it when I rebuilt it and all my hardwood flooring is dark grey stain and most of the furniture I've picked out is light colored, with a few exceptions. I plan on having area rugs in almost every room, but right now, all you see is dark hardwood. I have to use a dust mop at least once a day!!

For 2.9 million I'd want more privacy and distance from my neighbors.

Its an overall no, and the kitchen and the stair railings are exceptionally bad

It's so sterile looking. I like white, but even this is too much for me. Plus there is no land to speak of at all. I need some acreage between me and my neighbors, and for 2.9 million, I could surely find something better than this.

I also hate the way the kitchen is set up. The ergonomics are totally off with that lay out. I can already see myself getting tired of having to walk around that giant kitchen island to get something from the fridge while I'm cooking. Hell, I'm annoyed by it just looking at it, so dealing with that in reality would be a no go.
