Default Singer Prince Royce's Tacky $3.75 Million Coral Gables, FL Estate For Sale

A few years after a legal snafu left him owing more than $40,000 in property taxes on his Coral Gables, FL, estate, Latin pop royalty Prince Royce has listed the four-bedroom designer property for $3.75 million with The Chad Carroll Group.

The Bronx-born Royce has hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Tropical Songs chart nine times, and reached the top of its Hot Latin Songs chart three times with “Corazón Sin Cara,” “Las Cosas Pequeñas,” and “Darte un Beso.”
His 5,212-square-foot home is certainly fit for a prince, with large windows that overlook a conservatory’s worth of fauna, high ceilings, and a generous open floor plan that flows easily among the living, dining, and entertaining spaces.

The soundproof recording studio features black-and-white patterned walls, a bold red ceiling, and a generous lounge area for visitors who want to watch the magic in action. Upstairs, the billiard room’s glam gold bar is the perfect place to mix drinks. You can also park yourself in the blue kitchen and prepare a lavish meal.

I just want to burn that damn dining room set - Hustle

It's not as bad as I expected. It's such a hodgepodge though. Some modern elements with faux antique meets 80's contemporary ala Alice in Wonderland (the mad hatter is def having tea in that dining room). I mean it's a hot mess but I've seen tackier.

i like the room with the giant tv that looks like an aquarium. maybe it is an aquarium.

the staircase and glass part looks more like an office building than a house.

i don't like the icy colors in the master but I do love all the windows.

    Those dining room chairs!

I like the kid's room with the built in desk/loft area - that's pretty fun. It also looks bright, lots of windows. Aside from that, no thanks.

I like it, except for the high back chairs. It doesn't look "lived in" besides the clothes in the closet.
