    it doesn't look that small to me but maybe i've been in new york for too long and now every apartment that isn't microscopic looks huge.

    keep in mind all the homes and apartments that are featured are usually styled for the photos and that's not necessarily what they look like every day. that's usually the case when you get stupid shit like wash cloths on display.

    I dislike this place because of the twee displays of useless objects like these. It's one thing if you want to display an art piece, a memento, or a useful object. But what exactly are they trying to say with the backside (!) of a painting, a plant in a jar (should be in soil), a collection of vases and jugs, a shaving brush, and two wash cloths: We don't like art? We don't know how to grow plants? We shave in the kitchen? We collect dust?
