i pretty much love it (i'd change just a few things).

i always get a dirty, buggy feeling when i see all of the fire wood stacked inside the house.

They should have get the raw brick around all the stained glass windows. The white walls make them look cheap. The light fixtures look terrible against the original beams of the church. I think they might have torn out the larger beams to install a second floor covered in white and ugly wall paper. Don't like this at all.

Cold and soulless. I'm not a religious person, more spiritual, but I have something against turning churches or "holy" buildings into houses, offices, even discos. If ya gotta turn it into something else, make it something like a wellness or meditation or yoga center or something. Just me, sorry.

I don't want so many stained glass windows, I'd rather have the light come in. Not to mention it's too churchy for my taste.

The lights on wires in the kitchen are the worst.

I love the shower, tub, high ceilings and washer/dryer.

But most of it isn't my cup of tea.

I love the windows but there is way too much white here.

My immediate thought when seeing the very first picture is, "how the hell can they afford to heat this place in a Chicago winter!?!"

Well, I love stained glass but admit it's a bit much (everywhere) but at least the patterns aren't too churchy, more florals and geometrics. I don't think I'd want Jesus staring at me while I'm on the toilet.

And I'm not much of a wallpaper person anymore, but that wallpaper in the laundry room made me smile. So cute.

Hate it. Too cold and sterile. The bathroom reminds me of one at a rest stop on the interstate.

Trying to wrap my head around taking a shower in the bathroom with the partial wall/interior window detail.

I like a lot of it, the bathrooms are great as is the overall layout and its a really nice renovation. But I hate their dining room chairs and the stools in the kitchen and their sofas and coffee tables are kind of blah. But they're minor tweaks, overall it's a great house.
