This is my idea of the perfect home. The Keys are beautiful, I've vacationed there a few times and love it and we've evened considered buying a vacation home there. Hustle, did they list a price on this one?

the exterior and gardens are absolutely gorgeous. the interior and finishes are super dated but the place really has potential. i'd gut the whole thing though, the ceilings are especially bad. it needs more organic elements - wood and stone and interesting finishes. right now it's just all white and sleek and blah with a bunch of late 90s track lights and tacky bachelor pad furniture.

That is fucking beautiful. The exterior is especially gorgeous---I would sell my soul/body/whatever for the exterior and lanai alone.

The Keys aren't Florida. The crazies can't flee the scene down there. They're trapped on little islands,

Perfect home location, lousy interior. Even if I could, I wouldn't pay for those ugly marble floors.

I love it!! But I must admit Oliva that the crazy is rampant down here in the Keys. So many crazies come down here from wherever they flee from. Many, many transients, but then again, if you're homeless this would be the best place in mainland US to be homeless.

If I were homeless, I'd take it down to the keys.

I only like the bedroom and the kitchen, except for the hideous orange chairs.

I look at those outdoor/indoor spaces and laugh. All I think about is how many bugs and roaches would love to fly right at your face and come inside too. In Florida, I would want it screened in or else you're going to be dodging mosquitos and roaches all the time.
