I quite like the "blond" interiors and the timber work doesn't overpower the rooms for once but I'd change a few things before moving in, starting with the feeble drapes.

It's rather generic looking, especially for $16mil.

It's very beige but it's actually relaxing, and the bones are great.

I agree. The bones are good and you don't have to do much to it to add your own personal flair and touch to it, but 16 million? Hum. Must have a lot of land with it? Oh no. I went back and looked and not a lot of land with it. And no pool? I wouldn't pay it. Way too much.

I'd live there. Not for 16 mil, but I'd take it.

i was expecting far tackier from the title but it's surprisingly discreet and subtle. quite generic though. and i despise the oversized family photo over the fireplace. seriously?
nice colour scheme and i love all the light, cool neutrals and stone and wood.

The bathroom sink is interesting as it's just a sink suspended there, with no cabinets underneath. Don't like that bathroom though.

Love the other bathroom with that shower and I like the library.

    The laundry room's huge.

I hate all the lamps in the place but I like a lot of the tones here. I like all the glass around the dining room table.

I'm a "beige person", and I'd live here in a heartbeat.
