me too. the kitchen is to die for (except for the kitchen island which should have a wood/butcher block top instead of stainless steel).

Is that a giant used condom hanging from the ceiling in the room with the white couch and fireplace??

I like the property a lot more than the house, but I could make it work. I kinda like the kitchen.

This is the biggest cottage I've ever seen. More like a cottage complex.

The yard really needs a landscaper.

    That yard is heavily landscaped.

Needs more colour to break up the beige but with a few personal touches it would be lovely - but only in summer when you can open it up. Those long, dark Czech winters would be pretty depressing. I'm not usually a fan of spiral stairs but this one looks perfect there.

    agree.

the grounds are the only thing i really like.

the kitchen has bad flow (to me). eg, dishwasher too far away from the sink. sink looks like it is only big enough to bathe gerbils, and wall oven is tiny as well.

I have a thing for Prague, that's kind of weird. I've never been there, don't really know much about it other than the basics, but I would move there in a heartbeat. I'm just drawn to it for some reason.
