Love this - the decorations would have to go. The awesome deck, the huge windows. Trying to figure out the kitchen.

I love it all except the chairs around the round table. That's too much like a conference room at a workplace.

I love it. The only thing that kind of grates, is the piano. I thought they only came in black or white.

Well, I think somebody painted that piano (unfortunately). I have one in my living room; antique baby grand, mahogany, dark dark brown.

That terrace is just incredible, imagine sitting out there with a glass of wine and the world literally at your feet.

I was thinking it was painted, and such a shame that it was.

Yep, I would think the paint job devalues the piano a lot. Not too many people are looking for a blue piano.

I really hate everything in this place. It's too busy, and just not pretty. Throw everything out, and I'd love the place.

Meryl doesn't even try anymore. She just calls Lanvin and asks for curtains with a belt.~Bitter
Can we interest you in Leann Rimes? She has a nice little cadre of fans you'd probably enjoy.~ Pecan Pie

This is true real estate porn - lots of gorgeous Art Deco touches...like a first class suite on the Normandie...

I hate the drapes. I love the terrace. I hate the chaise/sofa thing. The piano looks like it was painted with primer.

I'd change a lot of the decor, and colors, but otherwise I love this place. ADORE the giant windows.
