I love the last photo of the patio. I could go without the giant eagle statue staring at me from the balcony.

Last pic is the best. The rest is too bland, too white and I hate spiral staircases: very impractical.

When I saw the title, I thought which Vancouver? Then I saw the native art and the zillion condos outside the window and knew it's my Vancouver. Meh
My teeny tiny home is more homey than that mess.
Lights under the bed, isn't that un-feng shui?

^^Yeah, Vancouver, Washington. Right over the Oregon border. The nice Vancouver is the BC one.

I love the outdoor space and I love the Pac NW, so I'd move in and redo. I loathe spiral staircases.

    Fugasaurus house. No ty.

It bothers me that there's always multiple places with the same name. Like when I used to visit He Who Must Not Be Named in Mass and everywhere was named after places in England (yes yes New England I get it), could they really not think of new names for stuff? If it had been me everywhere would be Kariville, Karitown, Karivullin, Karihead, Karisthebest etc etc
I smile because I have no idea what's going on

I would move into Kariblowschunks. The rents and insurance would be rock bottom.

It's the same in Maryland, where I grew up. Everything, including the state, is named after places in England or for people that were prominent at the time. That, or Native Americans.

Aww, what a nice thing to say.
I just recently given away a vacuum to a lonely lady who just moved here from the Philippines. She literally gushed how beautiful it is here and that we take it for granted. She's right. I felt so ashamed to be complaining to anyone who listened about the extreme population growth, its relating problems and the constant rain we get when some mornings I get up, go to my workstation and look out the window. It's lush green with squirrels and sparrows playing around. It's like a scene out of freakin' Snow White.

Lol! The city I live (an hour, or mins if you drive like most of us, out of Vancouver) is named after a place in England.

Vancouver BC is amazing, Vancouver WA is not. That last shot of the patio is stunning, otherwise the penthouse is awful.
