the master bathroom is the only room i don't feel an urge to set fire to immediately. great location, ghastly house.

This looks like it might be in Belvedere, it's very pretty right in that little cove with the hills and trees. The view is very nice. Not crazy about this house.

^^^ yeah, it does look like belvedere. sput, you would not like it there. it is a sleepy town with wealthy older peeps and younger rich peeps with little kids. it is across the GGB from SF, there is only one main road to get out of there and get to the freeway to cross the bridge. not good for single chicks on the prowl. unless you want to be the second wife to an old codger with $$$, then it would probably work.

Nice location, horrendous interior. And I wonder how the seismic activity is there: will the house end up in the water or in a sinkhole (yes, I had to go there).

^^^ tiburon/belvedere had minimal damage (um, probably NONE) in the loma prieta earthquake. if i lived there, i would be more worried about mudslides. not in this particular location, though.

I'd take it and learn to live with what I hated, just for the location and views alone. Love it.

Love it. I'd just switch out the furniture and get rid of the carpet, wood floor only pls. *eta-Really, a house like this I can't believe there's what looks like carpet in the bathroom.

I like the dog, the views and the bathroom. Everything else looks like a catalogue.

Oh, then it's out for me We have friends in Mill Valley and I like it there. Of course, I've only spent a few hours. They have a cute little (really little) place.
