Default 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Home for $7.5 Million Near Seattle

    Nate Thornton, Windermere Real Estate

"Tremendous opportunity to build your Lake Washington waterfront dream! 263+/- waterfront feet & 2 lots. One lot holds a beautiful artisan-built home w/ wide-plank floors, vaulted ceilings, mahogany woodwork. Honed marble counters, high-end appliances, arched French doors to sweeping view terrace w/built-in grill. Steam shower & outdoor shower. Wide lawn framed by lush gardens, fire pit w/gas starter,75’ covered dock w/ boat lift. The neighboring lot enjoys a 100’ dock suitable for yacht moorage."

Obviously, the price is more for the waterfront and land than the actual house itself!

So you move from the living room to the bedroom with no door or anything? I live alone so I don't care, and since it's only got 1 bedroom maybe it makes no difference. Just weird. I do love the bedroom though. But $7.5mil? Nope.

it would be very easy to add a door between the living room and bedroom, you just have to fill in the rest of the wall.

the interior sucks but great house and location.

I guess you build your dream home on the next lot and make this your guest cottage. That would take a lot of Airbnb rentals to recoup your costs!

This is about the land value, not the building on it. Knock it flat and build a fuck off lakeside palace. Then it would be worth $20million.

I think that I missed that it was near Seattle, but the price is indicative of the hundreds of feet mooring (IMHO).

If I had this kind of money, I'd buy it, thank goodness most of the furniture would go with the seller (i like the empire style sofa, but the low back one looks very uncomfortable & keep the box at the end of the bed).

Y'all could bring a tent coz I ain't building a guest house for the 2 weeks y'all cone to visit!!!
