    Default Upper East Side Triplex

$20 Million Triplex in East Side, New York City

This 6,500 square foot three story condo is hidden behind the classical facade of a 25-foot limestone mansion built at the turn of the 19th century. Located in Upper East Side, a neighborhood of Manhattan, between Central Park and the East River, the four bedroom four and a half bath triplex has received a recent modern renovation by architect Richard Perry with custom-designed finishes by designer Jonathan Adler. This one-of-a-kind apartment was on the market, offered at a mere $20 million.

Some of it looks like it should be on a Carnival Cruises ship. From the 80s.

What an awesome space - that's been hideously decorated.

What a great idea. Let's take a beautiful, historic, enormous turn of the 19th century space and turn it into a petulant child's playroom.

I do love the striped rug though. That would look great in my living room.
