    I can appreciate the aesthetic. The setting is obviously stunning, many of the individual interior pieces are interesting, and the building itself is obviously superior for a variety of historical and architectural reasons but I still wouldn't live in it as is..not comfortable, inviting, or welcoming in the least. White walls, furniture only good for photographing etc..In other words, it has much in common with most of the upscale real estate we see in these threads.

    I visited lake Como last June,the shores are full of houses like this one..Beautiful and dreamy but humid and hordes of tourists roaming at all hours,plus very expensive.That house is nice but very uncomfortable..

    I would live there. I love the outter spaces. The inside can be made to be as cozy as George and I have made our villa.
