Default Private Residence in Park Avenue

Spacious and Colorful Apartment Located Steps Away from Central Park, New York

Located just steps away from Central Park and the most famous restaurants and museums in New York, you will find a private residential project entitled 737 Park Avenue. The newly restored building has a fitness center, a children’s room, a garden for outdoor recreation and laundry, as well as a concierge. 60 architects presented their ideas for more spacious apartments for sale, and this project is one of the examples. nice. i'd tweak a few things and put in some personal touches but overall i like this.
i love the dining chairs and the dining table is almost identical to mine (except mine's smaller) so of course i love it too.

I think the shower is bigger than my home.

So much white it's blinding. And cold, clinical, sterile.

Nice location, needs more color and I'd change about half of the furnishings.

I do not understand this fad of having a ladder on your bookshelf that is low enough that you could just reach up?

I wouldn't be able to reach the top shelf, as I'm a shortie.

I don't like it. It looks very impersonal and certain rooms look like IKEA showrooms.

It would make a great hotel suite, but not homey enough to live there.

It has been staged and is not a lived-in space, so that would explain the sterility of it. Nice space.
