Contemporary and Practical Urban Duplex Unit in Seattle

The Lever Homes residence consists of two homes built as a duplex unit. The interesting elongated structure and the triangular roof shape make it stand out.

    I love the bathroom.

Very cool, but I think it looks out of place with what I can see of the neighborhood. Looks like someone just stuck it in there.

I really like the bathroom. The cats would have an amazing time climbing the slotted wall divider by the stairs.
The more people I encounter, the more I like my animals.

i like it. but they really need to take that ugly painting and the billy bookcase out of the kitchen. and that ugly armchair while they're at it.

It would be an interesting apartment in nearly any city. As a house, I don't like it at all. The outdoor areas are horrible. What's that concrete algae collector about? The entrance is hideous. I'm not impressed by their cheap kitchen, not for it's bare materials, but it's not well designed.

What's with the holes in the coffee table? To hold drinks?
