    Default Mandeville Canyon Residence

Mandeville Canyon Residence by Rockefeller Partners Architects

Rockefeller Partners Architects have designed a home in Mandeville Canyon, a small community in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
Completed in 2008, this custom residence is inspired as much by its unique setting as the client’s lifestyle. Due to the irregular shape of the site, which includes a small grove of eucalyptus and pine trees, only one of the 3.5 acres is buildable land. To maximize the views, the house was split into two wings – north and south – which turn away from the motor court to face an expansive lawn and the surrounding canyon views.

This is just lovely. Lots of wood and stone and natural looking materials.

the house itself is spectactular. the furniture is absolutely generic and sterile.

Ooh, very nice. I'd live there. Love all the warm wood and bathroom construction.

I'd probably fall into that koi pond outside though.

I'll take it exactly as is. So much to love here, we'll need a railing around the pond when Beeyotch visits.
