    Default Two-Story Penthouse in Tribeca

Two-Story Penthouse with Stunning Roof Terraces and Swimming Pool in Tribeca

This one-of-a-kind duplex penthouse is located in the Dietz Lantern Building in Tribeca, New York City. The luxury five bedroom five and a half bathroom apartment occupies the building’s entire top two floors. Spectacular views and light flood the apartment from fifty (!) windows facing east, west, north, and south. But it’s the terrace with its lap swimming pool that really makes this penthouse so unique. Penthouses like this one often come with a hefty price tag and this one is no exception: $22 Million and its yours!

I love it... sadly, it's a tad out of my price range!

All that money and they go with cheap lantern light fixtures in the living room? Otherwise, I love this space and would gladly retire here should I ever win the lottery or get an unexpected inheritance from a wealthly older gent I once slept with.

Ew. I like the library okay, though. Also, if those white-painted brick walls USED to be unpainted natural brick, for shamez.

Anyone have a spare $22m I can borrow? I promise to pay you back, really, I will.

Nice. Some of the furniture is cheap and the lanterns, dining floor is hideous. Surely if you can afford $22 million for a home you should have the affordability to buy expensive fixtures and furnishings.

Those white round disco-ball lights look stupid but I could hang. If that's how I find it, I'd probably keep it that way cause I'm like that.

As an avid reader, I'm drooling over that library space. My bank account is 22 mil short though.

I would live there. I would totally redo the kitchen though, because I hate it. I don't want to sit and watch people cook, because I would feel compelled to help out. On the flip side, I don't want people to sit and watch me cook, and not volunteer to help.

i love open plan kitchens because you can turn down people's offers to help, but still participate in the festivities/company around you.
