    Default A three-bedroom condo

A three-bedroom condo on the parlor level of an 1849 town house is on the market in Savannah, Ga., for $795,000. It has a small balcony off its bedrooms.

I'd live in a tin can if it meant I could live in Savannah, so I'd take it, even if I don't like the kitchen much or the decor. I do like the windows and ceilings though.

I love that you can see the St. Patrick's Day decorations in the windows.

I would be quite happy here! I am in love with that fireplace and the kitchen would be great fun. Love the wall color with no white glare anywhere.

It's completely overpriced but really warm and inviting, I like it a lot.

They probably did that because the kitchen is so narrow, though usually I agree with you.

    Love this house.

Yeah, I don't like the cabinets or tile in the kitchen. Actually, I just noticed they have two different cabinets going on in there. I like the black ones, just not the ones on top.

Savannah is one of my favortie southern towns...a great streetscape and lots of fun stuff to do. I love the architecture of the town and the small neighborhood parks sprinkled throughout. I would take this condo in a heartbeat, fully furnished and spend my weekends walking to the local gay club (Club One) where I could watch Lady Chablise, from the classic, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, perform her famous drag. What a life!

It's a nice space but the furniture sucks and the wall paint colours make me ill.

Living in a condo or townhome is the trend among my friends right now, and it's one that I can't get on board with. I'm just not a fan of condos or townhomes, and I'd never pay $795K for one. I need my own space, lots of it. If I'm paying that much money, I want a house, with a yard and lots of parking... I would take a big house in a good neighborhood in the suburbs over a condo in the middle of the nightlife any day.

That being said, I do like the dining room and kitchen in this one.

I like it... except for that wall/mural at the foot of the bed. HATE that!
