Default A House Built for a Family of Individuals

Rod Parks, with Ettore, in his octagonal home in Kansas City, Mo

The front door is embedded with light-refracting, purple-and-blue ashtrays, likely Murano glass. Just under the eaves, the legendary architect Bruce Goff inserted tiny hobby-shop mirrors among the hexagonal cladding shingles.

Well...it's bright. I don't despise it--I love a lot of color and whatnot, but yeah...it's bright.

I'm all for wall color, but um, yeah. It would be trippy for a party or to stay the weekend, but I don't think I could live in it.

But that poodle is stylish, he deserves to be here more than the guy does. He kind of has an 80s haircut himself!

I've never hated a house more than I hate this one. It makes me angry just looking at it!

I couldn't live it in, but it would make a cool cafe.

I hate the furniture but I sort of love the sunken living room, the beds and the wood burning stove/fireplace. All reminds me of my childhood. We had family that had a similar living room and I loved it as a kid.

    God, that is awful.
And they're such individuals with their near identical bedrooms, only differing in colour of walls.
    Fucking pretentious shite.

ETA: The ceilings need a spackle.
