This is nice, if pricey. Looks extremely staged though, not very lived in. Gorgeous views of the bay.

Gorgeous views, and I'm surprised it's as cheap as it is. But I'm not a big fan of open plan designs, especially involving kitchens.

Identical floor plan to millions of new units from Hong Kong to Miami, it's just a glorified ant farm arrangement. Nothing special to recommend it (other than the views) over an identical condo in Memphis or Berlin at a tenth of the price.

I like this, it needs to look more lived in though.

Hate it. Nice views but the building is ugly and cheap looking, and the decor is ugly and has zero character.

Beautiful, stunning views, but for $1.5 million I'd expected it to be a lot nicer on the inside than it is.

That first bedroom actually gives me the creeps. It's like a serial killer bedroom.

Meh to the view. The decor is awful, the building looks like a socialist housing project in Eastern Europe.

I love it for the views and location (never been to BC, but I love the Pacific NW). I think it's cool that it's on the 12th floor and still has trees out the window. The decor isn't for me, but I could make the place my own.

The building is ugly, and looks like it could be from downtown Hong Kong. I love the views, though. But I don't think I could ever do windows with NO coverings at all, especially in a bathroom. Even at that height, I would feel like someone might have a telescopic lense and could see in.
