Default A High-Rise Condo on Philly's Avenue of the Arts

2br, 2ba in The Symphony House. First $945,000USD gets it:

This is more my taste, I'm afraid; I'm a bit conservative when it comes to home decor. Nothing original here, but it says quality to me.

it looks like some grandma lives there. way too stuffy. $1M for that seems absolutely ridiculous.

It's nice, but I'd feel like I was living in a hotel room.

Space is ok-but the decor is too stuffy and the ceilings are too low-for one million bucks I want higher ceilings.

Is that the Rittenhouse Square building by any chance?

Sojiita, they built this a few years ago; it's called The Symphony House. It's closer to The Avenue of the Arts than Rittenhouse, but that is how it's marketed sometimes.

ETA: I actually just changed it in the thread title.
