I actually love the house. Some NYC RE bloggers are saying he's asking too much and that the outside of the house is ugly. I think it's kind of neat. I'd change the kitchen - I prefer dark wood cabinets (which I will eventually change once I move into my house in a few weeks).
I love it! Lots of light, and that outdoor area is so quaint. Plus, HELLO CLOSET!!!!
I actually don't hate the decor for once, either.
It's a bit boring and inoffensive but I could live with it.
Rest in Peace my beautiful little Bonnie

Love Brooklyn brownstones.![]()
I like the decor and the kitchen; only thing I'd change would be to paint the walls something besides beige (I hate when all the walls in a home are the same bland off-white boring colors bleh).
This is my thing and I would take it in a second.

I really like it too. Kirstie Alley, take some notes here!
RELIGION: Treat it like it's your genitalia. Don't show it off in public, and don't shove it down your children's throats.
That's not a brownstone. It's just an attached house. Brownstones are actually faced with brown sandstone. That's why the bloggers are saying it's overpriced, being it's just a brick row house. This is a brownstone face:
The inside is a very good gut job. Williamsburg was always a tenement neighborhood until pretty recently, and it was probably a 4 to 8 unit walk up until gentrification.
All of God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
This is the type of house I'd want if I could afford to buy one in NYC. I'd definitely paint some of those walls though.
I love the house. He can take his stuff.
What is the material he put on the front of his house called? Usually you only see it on country houses and condos in the 'burbs. I like it though - it's different.
I would expect a lot more for 2.5 million too.
