    I honestly did not think you could use a bbq indoors because of the fumes...still don't think you can, but this whole place was very optimistic.

    Yeah but it's obviously got an air exchange or similar due to the air vents & aircon units in the garden

    true. it would be interesting to see just how efficient this place actually is/was in terms of actually blocking out radiation.
