After seven years in Manhattan's East Village Chloe Sevigny has put her apartment up for sale.
The Kids actress, 37, had hinted of a move to New York Magazine last month saying that she was thinking about relocating to a high-rise again as she wanted more light and was tiring of co-op rules.

Moving on: Chloe is seeking an apartment with more light
'Iím looking,' she said. 'Maybe I wonít find the right thing and Iíll just stay here. Or maybe Iíll fall in love and get married and move somewhere else entirely. You never know!'
The 1250 foot garden flat, which was featured in a 2007 issue of House & Garden magazine, is being listed at $1,700,00.
Described as a uniquely special, garden level apartment, the property has one bedroom and an office 'on the loveliest block in the East Village'.
Other famous residents of the historic brownstone have included actress Parker Posey and James Iho of the Smashing Pumpkins.
'Upon entering this very special apartment through the gate, one is instantly transported to a retreat in the country, ' reads the property brochure.
'The gracious entry hall with wide plank, pine floors and an abundance of closet space brings you to a beautiful, large living room complete with exposed brick, beamed ceiling and a wood burning fireplace surrounded by bookshelves.'
The flat also has a communal garden a wood-burning fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with marble floors and claw foot tub.

Floored: Chloe says that men are often intimidated by her earnings and success
No word as to where Chloe is moving to but she recently told Psychologies magazine that her career success equates to romantic suicide - as potential suitors are intimidated with the fact she earns more than them.
Chloe said: 'My friends are always telling me I'm intimidating. My dates are probably not being themselves on the date - they're trying to be cool.
'I think it's still a problem if a woman earns more than a man. I try to pay for half of dinner and a guy will behave as if I'm trying to prove I have more money than him.'
