Default A Penthouse in the Heart of Malmo

A two-bedroom penthouse in this central Malmo building is on the market for 6,995,000 Swedish Kronor ($1,040,856). The terrace railings and shrubs are visible; the tan exterior tiles are from Hoganas, a nearby town known for its ceramics.

I like the pebbles shower floor. The rest is deeply depressing.

what's happening in the corner behind the guitar? the couch clearly goes all the way to the wall but it doesn't seem like that white wall does. or does it? weird.

Satan's kitchen there has really gotta go.

Nice jacuzzi and nice shower...that's it. I would always think about all the people watching me out on that roof, too.

The original article describes it as: "The large white structure, center, covers building pipes; to the right is a glass door to the terrace."

That's one of the fugliest kitchens I've ever seen.

    Good description!

That terrace or whatever it is and the views are lovely. You could turn that into a really nice place by redoing the kitchen and changing the furnishing.

Love the terrace, the rest is Ikea-boring.

That kitchen is suicide inducingly awful! The rest is ok and with a little more light and color and and more shrubby privacy on the terrace, it would be pretty nice.

Nice jacuzzi and outdoor seating area but makes me wonder how often they are able to enjoy it in rainy Sweden. The furniture are nothing special. I kinda like the living room and love the shower but yikes that kitchen!!! Why?
