Not my thing overall, but incidentally, I bought those same dining room chairs back in 1999 for a steal at a retail furniture warehouse. Hope they don't think they're one-of-a-kind.
The kitchen can stay, the rest of the furnishing just have to go along with horse. Otherwise, yep, like it.
