Default A Penthouse Gets a Second Life in Singapore

Eugene Yip, at rear, and his partner Mike Tay transformed a rundown 50-year-old apartment in Singapore that they bought for $600,000 into a chic penthouse where they live with their four dogs.

The decor is okay but it's kinda claustrophobic.

i want to like it, but it's missing the mark for some reason. i think it's too cluttery/unorganized or something for my tastes. they've got some nice furniture; i just don't like how they've arranged it.

they've got some awesome pieces but i would have done it up differently.
i want the credenza with the blue and white drawers in the second picture, their dining room table and chairs, and the vintage armchairs with the wooden arms in the living room.
i really dislike the black bathroom and the bedroom is disappointingly generic, and that wallpaper is ugly. also, why is the bedroom floor bathroom tile?
and ang, i agree, all the great pieces get lost in the clutter.

    it definitely has potential though.
