I think it's really pretty but could use something other than neutral colors inside.

Agree - love the outside, but the inside is cold and color-free. Not sure I'd pay all that $$ for it either - seems like a lot for what you get. I love the outdoor ceiling fans.

Boring overpriced salt box. Best thing about the house is the porch.

I have determined that I must be the most boring person on earth, because I absolutely love this house. The kitchen is amazing. The front porch is perfect. I love the vaulted ceiling in the living room. The only thing I would change is adding some color, but I love neutral. I personally think color should be added in the accessories, so it can easily be changed.

I hate the concept of planned communities. it just seems so fake.

Except for the overpricing, I'd have no problem living here. I'd add color to this place though. It's laid out really well - open floor plan, ceiling fans, upstairs porch, huge fridge (a potential in-law suite in case you run out of room, just shut the door and forget about 'em), lots of natural light.

I like it too. But I agree that it's overpriced.

Love the open floor plan but am shocked at how small and narrow the great room is.
