Ugly! Do not like.
Hollywood starlet Halle Berry’s former Montreal-area getaway, described in a listing as “a design masterpiece” with “a perfect balance between rustic and modern,” is up for sale for $1.898 million.
The secluded three-bedroom, one and a half bathroom home in the tiny Laurentian town of Saint-Hippolyte was purchased for $1.6 million by the star in 2008 through a Quebec numbered company with L.A. and Beverly Hills-based administrators. At the time, Berry was going out with Montreal male model Gabriel Aubry.
Her purchase of the lakefront home, situated on 63 acres of land, including a private forest, generated headlines at the time. And once again, bloggers are abuzz with news of the home’s “barn-like exterior”, “cathedral ceilings” and ”floor-to-ceiling glass windows” that allow for “breathtaking views of your private lake and forest.”
The listing is not up yet on the popular MLS.ca website. Instead, I found it on the site of real estate broker to the rich and famous Liza Kaufman, a partner in Sotheby’s International Realty, Quebec. Rumours are already buzzing that the 2,500 square foot home built in 1999 may have found a buyer, although Kaufman said it hasn’t yet been sold.

Awww.. look at Nahla's cozy kiddie room, bless... As per everything else, YUCK! Feels IKEA-ish, and looks freezing in the harsh remote Canadian winters.
Go Habs Go!!
It's ugly but I'd take it just to live near Quebec City.
So much white, what is it with rich people and white??
