Default A House Enveloped in Greenery

Ake Lindman for The New York Times
Elisabeth Krausz, 66, and Peter Sjogren, 67, had longed to be surrounded by greenery. The couple now live in a narrow triangular house whose three facades are obscured by trellises. The two-story house was completed in 2008 at the cost of 5 million Swedish kronor (about $800,000).

Ake Lindman for The New York Times
The triangular house was designed by Stockholm-based firm Tham and Videgard Arkitekter. The structure is surrounded by a garden on each side as well as trellises that soar higher than the house. A stone path encircles the house.

Odd, perhaps they should have waited a few years before photographing it..because right now it's house surrounded by really big trellis. Any thoughts on the fencing by the staircase?

Eek. I hadn't even thought of that.

No. And the mesh over the staircase reminds me of a prison stairwell.

^this or a raquetball court & the kitchen looks like it should be in a preschool. I like the books, but the room they are in seems claustrophobic.

Eek this is awful, it looks like biodome crossed with a prison. Isn't greenery on your house bad for your construction? I know that plants like Ivy can get into cracks and whatnot.
I smile because I have no idea what's going on
