The cross doorway thing appears carved in, so no removal. I love the bathroom.

I can't even believe I am going to say this, but I actually hate this place. And I am a lover of converted churches for residential purposes...I just love the concept. The execution here just leaves me wishing it were more homey, more comfortable and less stuffy.

I like it minues the crosses and the black bathroom.

I don't see much conversion going on here besides throwing in some furniture and installing appliances.

Love the stained glass (and I clearly don't mind the cross) but this doesn't look like a converted chuch-home. It looks start and sparse.

it's kind of cool. i love the shape of the ceiling and the size of it and the whiteness but yeah, it's not 'converted' enough. it still looks and feels too much like a church. basically all they did was paint it white, add a mezzanine, a bathroom and kitchen. i'd ditch the cross too - leave the stone arch but just fill in the cross part and paint it. it doesn't look historically or architecturally important enough to preserve exactly as it is.
i also dislike the black bathroom and i would get rid of the organ.

Agree. I hate it. And I was so hoping to see something good since I love the conversion(especially if it saves them from demolition)of old churches and schools for new uses.

I would feel bad doing anything even remotely sinful in this house. Which is pretty much everything.
