    Yes,the area is one of the best so is the beach near by.

    typical early 90s beach condo. generic and boring and waaaaay overpriced. and i bet the beaches are way too crowded in summer.

    Not so much.sput,they charge some 12 eu to get in,so people goes around to the free beaches.
    No,not overpriced,this is one of the most expensive areas..

    it's not too bad if the beaches aren't overcrowded but i guess i'm just not a fan of the typical beach condo type development. i'd rather have a hut but somewhere remote and with no one around.

    This is on a hill,10 minutes walk from the beach,but all the *new money*buy there..
    I am sure you would like my *hut*on a cliff and all the MESSINIAN golf at your feet..

    We made the mistake of buying a house from a Greek builder. I don't think there was a straight wall in the whole place. None of the doors closed properly and the large, marble kitchen only had ONE single powerpoint - in a cupboard. And as for the drains........ We sold it to another builder who knocked it down and started all over again.
