    I like it except for that mosquito pit it backs up to. I don't see why in the world it would be worth 450K though. There's no mountains, no view...

    As with most people that have commented, I'd like it if there wasn't a swamp in the backyard.

    The cabin is nice, but if it were a camp I'd want it to be a little bit smaller, and I don't think I'd want to live full time with a swamp behind me.

    Not my style personally, but a wonderful cozy little place. I agree with everyone about the weather. I feel the humidity just looking at it.

    The price is due to it being 17 acres and 1 hour from New Orleans. So you get both country and city living when you desire it. I could live there... swamp and all.
